Returns & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in creating and carefully packaging our handmade products. Please read our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be unused and in its original condition.

- Be returned in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged upon arrival or we sent the wrong item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Custom or personalized products.

- Digital products (if applicable).

- Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or are not in their original condition.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If tracking shows that the package was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will gladly assist you in contacting the shipping carrier.

Handmade Products

Our products are lovingly handmade. Because each item is individually crafted, slight variations in color, size, stitching, or pattern may occur. These natural differences make every piece unique and are not considered defects.
